Smoking and Flammable Products Don't matter to the boys welding.... (2)

Imaginary Lake for paper boats and beer cans

The Remains of tools lost somewhere on the property (2 and 3)

I never saw this before. It seems so obvious.

Wires, screws, plastic, chrome, rust, oil, parts.

All these photos are really strong, it's hard to choose the weakest, but I'd have to go with image 5, just because the light coming in from the window is a little more distracting than that in the fourth image. The strongest images are image 2, 3, 4, & 6. They have strong compositions and interesting subjects.
ReplyDeletegood pictures! I enjoy reading the descriptions too. I know what you mean by wanting to open the drawer but not. I still favor the lost tools pictures. They have a bit of humor in them for me b/c I loose tools all the time, but find them where they were not supposed to me.
ReplyDeleteI think some of the things in the photos can become a bit distracting but I really like the way this blog is going. The second image gives a few subjects rather than several and conduct a narrative. The tool grave yard (second image) is the strongest of the two because it gives a closer look and less distraction. The thirds in the lights image as well as the text font and the concept in general works very well.
