I grew up around my dad's boating workshop and seen it change overtime. It's old, and falling apart. The rusty junk piles get higher and prove to be an eyesore from the road. But up close tangled in their cables and wires is something beautiful and I wonder why it took this long for me to rediscover it.

I did end up favoring the cover looking more like a textbook/parts book. In my opinion it favors the idea that when you open this book you will learn something.
Hey! The middle one works best for me. The picture you chose to put on the cover is really strong, and the font works well with it. I think that's why I am drawn to that one more. All of them look great though!
I'm liking the third front cover best, but I like the back cover on the first cover idea best. The second one works well too, but I think the first & third cover grabs more attention.
I'm having trouble deciding between two and three. But I say go with three. It is visually arresting. The cover stands out very strongly and it would encourage me to pick it up and physically handle it.
The middle one is still working the best for me. The images are crisp and the font is appropriate for the subject matter. Tools are simple and streamlined and you have used a simple font that fits with that. I like that is looks sort of like a textbook or manual.
